I know you dont want to hear this, but losing weight fast wont keep it off for long. Losing weight is a slow process and you have to keep at it even though its frustrating. Im trying to lose weight also and ive learnt that when you lose it fast you gain it back just as fast and possibly gain more weight that you were before

I am using a diet plan that restricts me from certain foods including oil, sugar, salt, breads, and milks. It also keeps me eating small measured portions, five to six times a day. It works for me without a lot of exercise, and even though there is time spent on cooking, it actually saves money and time because it helps me with planning for the next meal.
I looked up your weight and height on this chart linked below and it seems you are at a relatively good weight already. So take it easy on yourself; hurry is not necessary, especially when you consider that you are setting good habits for the rest of your life which will hopefully be four times the age you are now.

Dear Princess,
Losing weight is relatively easy than to maintain it. As a weight trainer I will suggest you take a systematic workout plan. Normaly one should take as much months to reduced the weight as many he or she has taken to to gain the same. That too with completely scheduled plan.
If you are in hurry I am giving a link below
http://www.it.iitb.ac.in/~jaju/health/GeneralMotorsDiet.pdf
This is GE Diet which will make you lose 8 pounds (4kg) a week if you follow the instructions. Please consult ur doctor if you are on any medicine.
This plan surely works I have tried it myself. Also its safe if you do as they say.
You seem to be slighly overweight, start walking for half an hour a day & you will be more fit in a month or two.
Read my other answers for more tips.
Take care. Bye.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

you are not supposed to lose weight faster. it should be step by step involving both diet and exercise. At 25 you should not say you don't get time. Learn to manage your time properly. Get up early and jog for some time in fresh air. That will do wonders physically and mentally.good luck for a nice look.

Hi, don't use any other medicines because you can get result for short time from medicines. You can eat vegetables, sprouts , fruits, & drink water. you must drink water 1 & 1.5 lt. for one day. You start wlking for 40 to 50 mt. & physical plan & yoga. You can not get result very fast but very good & for long time.
Best of luck. Don't eat any faty food like junk food. keep in control.

I was once overweight too. Just Drink lots of water (greater than three litres per day), eat a good solid breakfast (whole-seed cereals recommended) , don't eat anything fried, eat tons of fruits and vegetables. Apple cider vinegar and water also helps a lot too.
