read all of this. its very helpful.

1. Eat 5-6 small meals a day.
2. Avoid chocolate, cake, brownies, potato chips, or any junk food.
3. Never starve yourself. It shuts down your metabolism, makes you feel woozy and tired and makes you hungrier. It also can affect your teeth, causing them to be sticky and full of plaque.
4. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, especially if you feel like snacking or for dessert.
5. Go on the exercise bike for 20 minutes and on the treadmill for a half hour daily. Morning is the best time, because it burns your calories, so do it after breakfast.
6. Wake up at a normal hour like 7:00, or 8:00 or 9:00 if you are pushing it. Go to bed before midnight--your body needs at least 8 hours of sleep to function the right way.
7. Always eat breakfast in the morning. If you skip it, you'll likely end up eating more than normal for lunch.
8. Drink plenty of water, and cut down on carbonated beverages, particularly those with a lot of sugar. Try switching to diet soda.

Warnings-
--If you change everything immediately, you are going to crave things and over eat. Do this in a slow process.
--Don't try to drop weight quickly. Your body won't lose weight and it will keep all that fat stored it. Trick your body into it.

Know if you need to lose weight

Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.

You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator.

http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/adult_BMI/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.htm

BMI Category
Below 18.5 Underweight
Between 18.5 - 24.9 Healthy Weight
Between 25 - 29.9 Overweight
Over 30 Obese

Look at the BMI chart to find out how much weight you need to lose to move from obese to overweight or from overweight into a healthy range. Knowing this can help you set a good weight loss goal.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

well...hun obesity is a problem for health, so we have to eat properly and do exercise regularly...but one thing you have to remember...BELIEVE IN YOUR SELF!!!!!!!

no use doing lots of diet and other thing if you are not comfortable with your bodies....you'll never satisfied on what you have...

cheers

Get a large piano crate and have it on standby for when your time comes. They don't make coffins that big. :o)
