There are endless variations: teacher and student, kidnapper and kidnappee, doctor and patient. Also replaying scenes from the Gor novels. Rape scenarios are not my thing, but is a frequent fantasy, or so I hear.
Do some planning with your partner before. the need to improvise during the scene, breaks the spell sometimes. And the planning becomes part of the fun.

I personally like fantasies....but not so much of hardcore nature...
