You are clinically obese.
This is dangerous because obesity can lead to a host of diseases.
Start exercising regularly.
Visit a polyclinic and ask for a referral to a nutritionist.
He or she is a doctor who will help you plan a diet and exercise plan to get you back in the pink of health.
If you do not think that health problems is an issue, consider the kind of treatment (think bully) when you make it to high school. Fat people tend to be oestracised by girls and bullied by boys.
Lose your weight or your pride, the choice is yours.

Weight loss, my dear, starts always from the mindset.
Before you go any furthur to look for miracle cures, I suggest you think about WHY you want to lose weight.
I wrote down 175 reasons why I wanted to lose weight and lost 15kg within 2 mths.
Another friend wrote like 375 reasons why she wanted to lose weight and lost 27kg within 3 months.
All the best!

First off - how tall are you - your weight doesn't strike me as particularly off, not to the point of panicking over.
And the answer is that same one that has always been there - exercise and eat what you're body seems to want - until you're a mature adult (sometime in your twenties depending), you're body needs food to grow and mature properly.
If you are seriously concerned please talk with your parents, and your doctor. They should be able to help you more than anyone here can.
Good luck.
and Peace,
-dh
