ok i've been talking to this girl but were friends but i like her more then a friend, i asked her if we were friends or more then friends she didnt give me an answer, that was like a month or two ago, but i want to ask her out as bf and gf but how do i know she like me like that, we talk on the phone like 2 or 3 times a week but when we talk we can talk for hours, im really confused

Just ask her out, make a few moves and see how she takes it. But you are going to have to do a little more than just talk to her.

I was in the same boat with my guy friend and one day while I was talking to him he said, "so, you wanna go out with me this weekend? I said sure and then he said "you gonna let me kiss you goodnight? and I melted. It worked! He was a darn good kisser to. I think you should try that. Girls love the flirty thing and how could she refuse that? I couldn't and at the time I only liked him as a friend! Good Luck

If she did not take the opportunity to answer your question; than she just wants to be friends.
If I were you I would not press the situation and I think you should remain her friend but look around for another girl friend
