Normally, yes..Unless she is 6 years or older, and it is her first litter..then she would likely need vet help..If she is under a year, she may need help as well.

She should be able to deliver the pups on her own, the Lhasa is NOT one of the breeds noted for having genetic problem with birth, (like short nose bull dogs)
If she is an older or very young dog, you will want to have an idea where the nearest 24/7 vet office is, just in case you think you will need to get assistance for her.
If you have been around her or other dogs during birthing, you will know what to watch for, and shouldn't have any abnormal concerns or problems simply due to her breed.

Animals have been giving birth on their own for centuries. As a pet though, you still want to keep an eye on her and be ready to call or take her to a Vet if there are complications.

Normally, yes. However, someone should be on hand to supervise in case something goes wrong. Complications could lead to the death of the pups and/or the mother.
