depends of what a vampire is. is it is like the movies then i would say they don't exist. if it is describing teenages drinking blood and satan worship then it does exist.

I drink blood usually my own , not a vampire though blood is used in certain magickal ritual and rites however it is more often then not ones own blood that is used
