For some people is enough to push buttons, other people want to know how the machine works.?

Why are these types of people different? How do we call these types of people?

When people question or quiery the the workings or composition of things.These people benefit mankind greatly.Even when the inquiry proves fruitless we learn more,to our satisfaction.The difference in these people is they just have to know.Not just go with the flow

no real word, but if described i would say "lazy person" or "thinking person"
