just eat breakfast from 8-10
lunch from 2-4
dinner 6-8
and eat 2 fruits one after breakfast and the other after lunch and here you go !
nothing fried not much salt once a week for some thing sweet and that's all i think :)

If you've been eating constantly for reasons not to do with hunger, then it just might be that your hunger-stat is off.
It just takes practice. Don't be afraid to wait until you are really hungry, and maybe keep a food diary so you really know exactly what you've eaten.
And the "right" time might not be right for your body. I discovered I do much better if I have lunch at 11 a.m. instead of noon. I'm still working on good afternoon snack and dinner times, though.
Try not to worry. Just keep an eye on your scale (or your new favorite jeans), and when the scale goes up over four pounds (or the jeans get too tight), it's time to go back on the diet for awhile. Weight maintenance is a life-time thing.

Nothing is wrong with you, you're body is use to you not eating allot so its just adjusting. I can go pretty much the whole day without eating and not be hungry, but some people are always saying there hungry but I think that's just being greedy.

The right time to eat is when you feel hungry. Carry a bag of nuts with you. If you NEVER feel hungry and you get below 50 lbs, go to a psychiatrist.

Eat small meals every 3-4 hours instead of 3 large meals a day. If you think you feel hungry, drink a big glass of water. If you still feel hungry half an hour later, then eat a small meal, like an apple.

Just as time cycle - even our stomach demands for a regular timings, certain common varities of food on which it has work for digestion - so try observing this issue.
Also, make sure you have no constipation problem. Drink more water.
Maintain good time table and good life style - in which you can observe when your stomach is hungry
