God comes from within and without.

By not capitalizing "god" you speak of a human invention. The answer to your question, therefore, is that the first person who didn't recognize the existence of the one and only true God had to invent a substitute concept, so this person invented the idea of another god or gods.

If you mean the one and only true God, and this was just an serious grammatical oversight, then recognize Him as eternally being rather than coming into being. Nothing besides God can exist without a cause, so God is that Entity which is non-caused. Therefore, He could not possibly "come from" anywhere. Rather, He always is.

This is a simple mistake we often do. We are submerged in a universe where everything is created by God. That's why we sometimes think about how God was created, or something similar.

The mistake is, comparing the "Creator" with "Created". The Creator is totally separate from the "Created". Created things get born, (or appear), age, evolve and eventually die (or get destroyed). But God is far beyond these. Because He is the Causer. He knows everything, He causes everything, and He is the Almighty. He even created life and death.

if you do a little reading into kabbalah and the principles of AIN,AIN SOPH & AIN SOPH OR , might offer you some explanatory ideas , I think the hemeticists always have the best explanation and that is reality exists of two different levels the level which is the reality of the mind of God and the reality whic h we experience , this dualistic relationship allows aspects of the physical world be encountered and dealt wit with out religious significance being attached , the mind of God the second state of existence is not comprehenible by humans the more we grasp to and deify aspects in the world of physical existence the less we are able to raise above the laws or principles that bind this world the less we can truely know the mind of GOD

In the beginning was the word
and the word was with God
and the word was God.
=====================

In the beginning was EMPTINESS- NOTHING.
And the EMPTINESS- NOTHING was : T=0K.
And the T=0K is something Absolute Mental.

On the question:
What must be present in a body to make it alive ?
What inhale the Life in formulas and equations ?
The answer is:
Soul. Quantum of Light.
====================
The secret of God and Existence hide
in the “Theory of light quanta”.
Because, from all particles, only and only
the quantum of light is a privileged particle.

God is eternal, He always egsisted.

Deut 27 The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.
Hebrews 5:6 As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.
Hebrews 7:3: Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually

It's always hard to believe in God but if you read the Bible and pray to God every day I think you'll be fine.
Nobody knows where God came from and God does not even have a gender. It is hard to believe but put your faith in God and be what God wants you to be.

I have been waiting to answer this question.

God has always been, always will be. Heaven and earth may pass away but my words will not (Jesus said that and Jesus is God)

John 1:1 The Word is God

He has always been, and always will be.

Our concept of time God created, the morning and the night, God is outside our time frame, but present here as well. It is a really massive one to get our heads around but you know what that is what is so marvelous about him he is the great "I AM".

If God came from somewhere that would mean he would be under somebody, but thats just it he isn't under anybody, it all began with God (who was there from the beginning.) Check out Job 38- 41

God is so amazing. Do not limit Him to our constraints such as time as beginning and ending, we only die because Adam and Eve sinned, it brought physical and Spiritual death to us.

God is so big, he is so awesome, just praise His Holy name.
Glorify Him.

If all else fails ask Him to reveal His origin to you... (I wouldn't recommend it our brains are tiny)

In Islam it is forbidden to think about this, because it can lead you to disbelieving in him and you will loose everything.
this is not the purpose of your creation. God wants from you to worship him alone with no partner. God want you to believe in him without seeing him.
Muslims believe in God, the angels, all the prophets, all the books , the day of judgment, and what God decreed for you good or bad. all of those without seeing most of them.
is it not enough that God sent prophets.
is it not enough that God sent his books.
so where those things come from. Why is it that all the prophets teach the same things even if they didn't meet in a period of thousands of years.

That's a hard one for us humans to fathom! But consider that we know that black holes exist, even though there are all kinds of things about them we can't fathom or figure out. We have enough evidence about both God and black holes to believe without any doubt....but that's not to say we can fathom all the mysteries of life or the universe!!

once a man asked Prophet Mohammad of Muslims the same question..

Prophet Mohammad asked the man " who created us "
the guy was believing (like u) and he answered " the God "

P. Moh: "is there someone who created God"
the man :"may be someone more powerfull"

P. Moh: "if there is....then who created this more powerfull one"
the man :"may be someone more powerfull"

P. Moh: "if there is....then who created this more powerfull one"
the man :"may be something more powerfull"

P. Moh: "then who created this more powerfull thing.. is it endless"
the man :"sure it is not,,, there must be the most mighty one"

P. Moh: "then this most mighty is the real God,,, and he is the one who created every thing else,,, the God has no cause for his being.. or else he wont be a god..."
