No , in fact they trained quite often together before Bruce died, and Joe often speaks quite favorably about Bruce due to their time together.

In fact Joe Lewis was voted twice (once in the U.S. and once in Europe) as the greatest fighter in the History of Karate And he did not die, the Joe Lewis I'm speaking about is a Veteran of the Vetnam war, and was already a reknowned kickboxer and Martial Artist before metting Bruce who apparently earned his Blackbelt in Shorin-Ryu in a mere 7 months while he was in Okinawa.

He has a book out (How to Master Bruce Lee's Fighting System, I believe it's through O'Hara publications, they have it for sale online at awma.com) that outlines the times they spent, he didn't speak out for as much as 30yrs until recently, mostly because he didn't want to cause more problems with the rumors that were already swirling around shortly after Bruce's passing.

Joe also makes regular apperences at the NAPMA World Conference in Clearwater, Florida (where he now lives) and often has an article in NAPMA's monthly magazine. I've attended 2 or 3 of the seminars he's held at the Conferences.

I think the falling out you're referring to is the problems that occurred during the filming of Way of the Dragon, Which has never been proven.

the story goes that Joe was originally asked to be the main badguy Bruce's character fight's in the end of the movie called Colt, but in the end Chuck Norris was asked to be the villain instead.

No as a matter of fact Bruce did have a falling out with Joe, Joe was supposed to be the character Chuck Norris played. I have studied Jeep June Do along with some other arts, and I heard (rumors) to why it happened And Joe along with a few others actually denounced Bruce in the late 2000'summer saying to be honest some lies bold lies, during the 70'summer through the 90'same everyone trained with Bruce, and yes made money off his name and the fact they studied with him, but after the ufc took a run they used their championship run so it would look like they were the master and trainer of choice, Norris,Lewis, and a few not in the top fighters did the same, and tho I give credit to Chuck and Joe, all credit goes to Bruce for his opening doors, using full contact and understanding set patterns were bad. I respect them but there will never be another Bruce Lee

I hate people that give stupid answers.

No, not that has been made public. Joe Lewis (the martial artist and famous point fighter) trained with Bruce Lee for a period of time. A lot of people have had a problem with Lewis publishing and making money off of Lee when Lewis wasn't one of the longer-running student of Lee. There is a lot of mud-slinging between those that trained with Lee and have subsequently used this to cash in. Joe Lewis was already a great martial artist in his own right.

Bruce Lee actually was, because of their own ego...

I think you're forgetting the fact that if it wasn't for the existence of Abrahamic faiths, we would've never reached these technological advancements. If it wasn't for Islam the scientific discoveries of the Muslim golden age (and they are A LOT) wouldn't have happened. While Europe was at the dark ages south of them were at their golden ages. After that, we got to the Renaissance in Europe, and eventually the Industrial Age, which was mostly done by Christian Europeans. You'd never know what would have happened. There's no "what if" in history, because the possibilities are endless. Religious wars waged by non-Abrahamic religions.
