i have heard that boys' brains don't fully mature until about 24. They don't understand consequence etc. That's why there are so many teenage driving accidents/deaths in boys.

well it all depends but they mature late compare to women. some even reach 30's then they mature... maybe some dont lol too bad. they wanna stick and have fun with their immaturity..
