I don't know specifically what you mean by "study prayer". But in order to pray about studying, like for an upcoming test, this is what you could pray (prayer is just talking to God, it's not magical words or phrases, just be honest and respectful)
God, thank you for all you have helped me accomplish in my classes. Please show me how to best study for my upcoming exam. Give me clarity of thought and an understanding of how I can best use my time to remember this information. Help me to discern what information is most important and most of all, give me endurance in studying so that I can do my best, for your Glory.

I don't use memorized prayers. To me, prayer is simply talking with God about our needs.
So, in this case, if I was having problems studying, I would ask God for wisdom and guidance in becoming an effective student and ask for internal and external distractions to become minimal.

You have to talk to God as if he is your very best friend,
tell him what you want, need and love and Praise him for all things
Make your prayers personal, just talk to him, anywhere anytime anyplace, he hears you.
