Sounds like yet one more dumb thing in the wacky world of diets. Look, if you want to lose weight, cut out the sweets and snacks. Eat a normal healthy diet and exercise daily for at least an hour. You have to participate actively in any weight loss program. Don't expect miracles from out of a bottle.

Don't believe it. Coconut oil is actually the fattiest oil used for cooking, with 14 grams of fat per tablespoon, 12 of them saturated fat, and one of them monounsaturated. It also has the highest calorie content, 120 per tablespoon.
