Why the games?

Question

Ok, we all play them, whether we want to admit it or not, but I think it's about realizing what we're up to and really want w/ someone else before they stop. So lots of advice says to give her the silent treatment, cold shoulder, etc. to push her to make her own decision b/c she is hot and cold, back and forth. Does this really work, brushing them off? It's going to take a conversation eventually, isn't it? How long would you or did you wait?

Its been my experience that once games start , than the relationship is over. It`s a point of no return. Just ignore the phone calls from her and look for new prospects.
