(Im using my bro's account because I don't have one) <--------- just a notifacation

Ok the situation is:
My mom lives in an apt. with my lil bro. A 33 year old dude also lives there. He is not related to me in anyway. He has been living there for about 2 years. My mom is still married with my dad which is living with me in another country.

Me and my eldest brother live in another country. My little brother lives in usa with my mom and that dude.

So, My mom says that she doesn't ever do IT (you know what I mean) with him. I truely belive she is lying. I got lots of proof.

So about a year ago my little brother wanted to come here because that guy always yells at him and sometimes pull his ear. My mom said that that guy never hit my brother. But agian I belive she is lying.

So, today I talked to her over the phone and that guy told her something and she told me to call back tommorow.
I need to get all that suff out of my head!!

This stuff is killing me!!!

call childrens services in your brothers home town. Have them investigate as to whether or not this young boy is being mistreated. It sounds like he is emotionally abused and possibly physically abused as well. He needs someone to go to bat for him.

You don't need to get it out of your head - you know that you need to do something constructive to help your brother.

Is your father, the father to your brother as well? Talk to your dad and see what he can do to help this situation.

Good luck - you are right to be concerned.

Talk to your relatives about it. Go take a walk or anything that takes your mind off of the situation. Good luck.

Go to http://www.aquezada.com/staff/julian/music/annoyingsongs.html . Pick one of these songs that you know. Sing it to yourself for a few minutes, and it's guaranteed to be the only thing on your mind for the next 24 hrs. Need more time? Repeat.

this is only my opinion but from experience and all she is in probable danger and very well could be lying to you. the only way to really know is to travel there and find out for sure.
