why is Ben and Jerry's concidered so good? everytime i try it it offends my taste buds :P and makes me want to vomit just little. why do people eat that stuff? is it all that there is up there?

Your statement reminds me of an old Rodney Dangerfield joke, which he stole from Henny Youngman. A man goes to the doctor and says "Doctor, it hurts when I do this!" The doctor responds " So don't do that! That'll be $100". YOU DON'T HAVE TO DRINK DR. PEPPER. It's like the non-alcoholic version of Jagermeister.

Dr Pepper is popular all across the USA.
Ben and Jerry's is good because it's considered a Super Premium Ice Cream... a lot of cream, great ingredients and less air whipped into the ice cream than other brands.
Their goal is to produce ice cream using products that are full of hormones, chemicals and from a sustainable source... meaning no use of pesticides and fertilizers.
As to why Ben and Jerry's offend your taste buds, maybe you just don't like all of those flavors mixed together. You're probably a vanilla ice cream type of person... Maybe vanilla and chocolate chips, but that's pushing it.

Dr Pepper is very popular here in Minnesota. I about live on Diet Dr Pepper. It is good stuff!
I don't know about the Ben & Jerry's.....I don't eat it very often but I think it is better than some ice creams that are out there. Ice Cream isn't one of my fanatical foods.

yes, both are up here. People like dr pepper. You might just not like ben and jerry's, other people really do like it, but you dont have to.

My friend says she is in California and she thinks Dr. Pepper is NASTY!

dr. pepper's big here. ben and jerry's good because they have unique flavors. i'm not a connoisseur of b&j, but my favorite is cherry garcia, because i love any ice cream with cherries in it!
