you need to quit cold turkey, friend.
it's pretty bad if you can't even study. you're not going to get any real fulfillment out of your video games, so find a safe place to lock it up or tell someone you live with to hide it from you. maybe if you lay off you'll enjoy the real world and maybe even meet a girl...

go out to play more, get a girl friend (which for sure they will control your play time and you will listen to them more than you parents)
2) everytime you want to play a game, put $5-$10 in a jar. you will have to force yourself to do that and without taking out a money for a certain amuont of time though. afterwards you will have either been broke or see how much money you waste on it.
