Yes, that's right after years of driving without incident I received TWO tickets in a week... so, I'm trying to decide which one to let onto my record.

After attending traffic school, one will not raise my rates, but the other one will. So, I'd like to know which will raise it more.

Hard to answer - the two should be equivalent assuming same speed and same jurisdiction.

Which ever was lower speed is probably your best bet with your insurance company.

And that brings up the company itself - each company treats tickets, accidents, etc differently - so I would check with an independent broker if you can find one that is relevant, or perhaps anonymously contact your company directly to just plain ask straight out...

Hate to break it to you but BOTH of them are on your 'record'.
