like salt and pepper... how many brands of salt are there anyway? sorry 2 questions.

Well I think pepper it's an advertised good...
Normally companies don't advertise things called commodities, like steel, gold...
There are certain things that are not advertised as well for example, here in Brazil there's no ad for energy companies...as there's only one energy company for each area (like county) and one cannot invade other company area...
Salt is a good example, it's very rare a Salt ad...I saw just one...I don't have a better product to say....I could say toilet paper but there's ad for that...
I dunno how many brands of salt are there in US

There are several brands of salts, and I have actually seen a salt commercial. However, it was on TV Land; from the sixties (i think).

the toilet is never advertise but we use it every day and there are different kinds too. Yes salt and pepper is advertised they just do it slick like.

ive never really seen commercials for like Hair clips or hair ties..things like that. or hair brushes/combs. Books arent advertised...like the dictionary..I use that often..((weird?... yes))

you know I don't think I have ever seen a hairbrush or comb commericial .. maybe I have just missed it though... and I have contacts and same with the solutions or cases for them.
