Go to HomeDepot, ask a consultant, and they will take you to where the door knockers are. From there, the knock will have directions for self installment or you can have the department specialist guide you in what to do. Or, if you're really unsure if you'll do it right, I'm sure you can hire of the department employees to do it for you. Goodluck!
PS. That is... if this was the kind of knock you were talking about ;)

Do you mean the knock sound for YM? At the options you have at the topmost of your messenger window, go to Messenger > Preferences > Alert & Sounds. Check the boxes for 'Enable Alert Sounds' and 'Playing the sound' then there's a dropdown for all the available sounds. Choose the knock sound.
