White women seem to get plastic surgery very very often. Breast implants, butt implants, fat transplants, lips, ect. Black women rarely get surgical modifications with the exception of breast reductions. Latin and asian women are somewhere in the middle. Are white women more unhappy with their natural physique?

It's a matter of demographics as well as other factors. Plastic surgery is expensive.
