Try to take naps.. if you're trying to stay awake all night..come home , take a 1 - 2 hour nap you should feel good for the rest of the night [atleast I do] ... drinking beverages with caffeine help too, but I wouldn't say that's a healthy way to do it.. Don't cram everything in though .. you should be able to get atleast 8 hours of rest.. Be easy on yourself!

1. drink anything with caffeine (only for individuals with no cardiac problems).
2. Take afternoon naps if possible
3. Do your workouts late in the afternoon. The "pump" feeling keeps you awake for awhile.
4. eat more protein and control carbs intake. The carbs keeps your brain working.

Do some lite excercising (15 min)and get 8 hours of sleep. That is the HEALTHY way. Be sure your nutrition is healthy too.

do not drink milk. have tea as it's got anti oxidants dat keep u energised n awake.also lit up yr room wer u study so dat it makes u feel its day outside coz its brite inside yr room. u wud not feel sleepy or clumsy. LOL.

i would drink alot of tea or caffeine drinks...diet pepsi jazz, mountain dew..i like the diet red bull..but i don't know if these are the healthiest o_0 good luck

cereal is high in carbs and good for you and some energy drinks like monster, they have lots of vitamins.

YOU CAN DRINK SOME RED BULL ENERGY DRINK TO MAKE YOU STAY UP IT MAKE YOU HAVE ALOT OF ENERGY SO MUCH ENERGY THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN SIT DOWN.
