First remove it from startup
click on start > run.
Type msconfig. Press ok.
Click on Startup tab.
Look for BS Player in the list.
Uncheck its name from the startup list.
press apply. press ok. press restart to restart computer.
Check the window that appears after restart, press ok to close it.

Now you can go to control panel and add/remove programs and then uninstall it.

Boot your computer in safe mode by pressing F8 when the computer is rebooting and by selecting safe mode as the boot option if you can not uninstall in normal mode. Try to uninstall BS player in safe mode.

If it does not get uninstalled yet then the best way to remove unwanted programs which you can not remove from add/remove dialog in control panel on your computer is to remove it from registry. If you are comfortable with manually editing registry, otherwise use registry cleaning software like RegScrubXP to remove the entries of offending
software from registry and then use a cleaning software like ccleaner to remove other files such as exes, dlls etc created by the offending program.

Free RegScrubXP registry cleaner
http://www.sofotex.com/RegScrubXP-download_L7528.html

downlod + install + run it.
When you get in the software window.
Click on user defined problems button.
It will display all entries in windows registry under different categories. So scroll down the list till you reach a category company. In this category look at the names in full key, and Main key. If you locate the name there, then check the box in front
of its entry and press the button Fix selected entries.
It should remove the entry from the registry.

After that you will need another software to remove other files created by the program on your computer. It is ccleaner, if you do not have it already; read how to use it and then download it from here.

hi, (ANS) sure! I have a tendency to consider golfer2 you should re-installation this technique (reboot the gadget afterwards to jot down the adjustments into the residing house windows registry) and then after that is put in. Then attempt un-installation it utilizing the administration panels upload/get rid of characteristic. **If this technique is nicely written the installer procedure will placed decrease back all the former information contained in the unique places on the problematical disk, all the registry settings and overwrite any older settings. meaning an similar software can then be un-put in (bumped off) in a sparkling way. **i do not propose disk clean up equipment except your thoroughly confident what they do and how they artwork, or you may make concerns worse and finally end up with a real tangled mess. **the issue is that not all programmers write software interior an similar way or use an similar installation /elimination approaches. If the software isn't nicely written contained in the first position then it may not un-installation cleanly i.e. it leaves all sorts of messy settings in the back of it even as bumped off. And thats the position this variety of issue in a good number of cases originates. **ultimately in case you should apply a registry cleanser device, if the above isn't powerful for some reason. Then a minimum of use a very good high quality device. I especially propose a 100% loose software said as REG SEEKER. this may wisely clean up the registry and backup any products it bumped off in case a restore is needed in a lengthy time period. I were utilizing Reg Seeker for some time and its by no potential brought about any complications. **also its well worth backup up your residing house windows Registry formerly you run Reg Seeker and for this i exploit ERDNT (again that is loose-ware) **a speedy Yahoo or Google seek for will locate both products actual. desire it really is functional? form Regards Ivan MCSE experienced, ex IT specialist, device builder.

Don't worry about uninstalling it using the control panel. Just manually delete the install folder and any icons. if you want to clean up your "Add/Remove Progams" listing, there are applications that can do that.
