The websites that Stanbo mentioned are a great place to get information on the net. The best way to learn, especially if you are marrying a Catholic, is to find a priest who is good on the teaching side or an Inquiry group at a local church. These groups are for people to come and learn about the church. They do have a purpose of helping people decide about converting, but if you tell the leader upfront your situation, I would be surprised if they were forceful on that count. And if they are, find another group.

Just know that they have been hiding a lot of thing for centuries form their followers. Read the Gospel of the Nazirenes which tells the truth how King Constatint took so much out of the Bible and the Catholic church has been covering this up. Any way most people are not looking for truth they are looking for mundane tradition which is simply mundane.

go to a catholic church and ask the priest. they'll usually be happy to talk to you about their faith, but watch your guard 'cause they'll try to convert you.
