lots of fruit, vegetables and water will make a good start, but don't forget to add a little protein in there. Exercise is always good, but you don't have to go to the extreme. Just set a nice, steady routine for yourself, but I wouldn't overdo it, especially at the beginning. Hope it helps, best wishes.

The only cleansing/fasting diet I know of is the one where you put cayenne pepper, lemon juice and maple syrup in some water, and drink that every day for 7-10 days. However, that is really dangerous for you, and you probably won't have any energy to go thru your daily routines, much less any rigorous exercise program.

Doctors say that as far as that goes, it's EXTREMELY unhealthy though. I would recommend that you just eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and cut down on your calorie consumption, and you should be fine.

What kind of toxins are you trying to cleanse anyway?

Do you know anyone who underwent this fast? If so, I think you should ask them for more details.

Also, I suggest that you consult a naprapath or a herbalist. They can sometimes be recommended via your neighborhood independent health food store. Yes, you would have to pay them for the consultation but then you would be informed as to what to expect. Note that you are under no obligation however to purchase any product from them.
Health food store workers are not supposed to dispense medicinal advice ,however if you visit a store the clerk could tell you what others have purchased in order to complete a fast/cleansing.
Finally, I seriously caution you to undergo this only if you know that you are healthy without any health concerns.
