You are Rama, Jesus & Allah. God is all that there is. There is nothing else. You are a drop and God is the ocean. But a drop is still a part of the ocean. If something existed other than God than he could not be omnipresent and omniscient. Then God would not be God.

The way you are thinking is just like a fairy tale in a movie, it can be true in a movie. I don't know where you have come acrosss such an idea. Even if you want to be your God, first you have to isolate yourself totally from this world. You have to create the oxygen, water and food for your own consumption, because you are the God. What a funny joke.

There's an expression that says:

" He who has lost something can not give any of it"

You have no ability to help yourself, so how can you pray to yourself.

What I know is that when you're in a jam, you pray to God so He can help you out of it, but if you pray to yourself... than what good will that do you?...

That's my view, and GOOD LUCK to you.

Oh, by the way... Who told you God is not alive?... He is the one who provides us life...

It seems like you really need some help... try me...

Because only God can offer us eternal life . Only God can forgive us our sins, only God offers the gift of salvation. Praying to ones self is idolatry and making a god into your image

Well How do you pray to yourself when you are the one in the difficulty. Why do you get sick suffer and ultimately die if you are God. God is not dead. We are just the walking dead dead to seeing God in our own heart. We are in illusion and are suffering. So why would you pray to someone so low on the totem pole. The quickest and easiest way to get out of Illusion is to chant the Maha Mantra for details go to http://www.stephen-knapp.com/chanting_hare_krishna.htm

seriously?
Can you move a mountain? can raise the dead?

Are you a God?

When you dont believe in God then you are your own God, and God said have NO other Gods before me, You are not your own God of yourself...God created you You ARE HIS.. He made you in his image, Try being or keep being your own God, let me know how it turns out or how has it been going for you. God Bless you....

That's a nice thought, but it isn't true. We are NOT God (or even gods) no matter how much we want to believe.

It's more comforting though to know that God loves us more than we can ever love ourselves. God bless.

yeah, you are right. actually you have to respect yourself before doing it to god. Hinduism says that every one has god within. Its not wrong to worship oneself. But be careful to be in control of yourself, by doing selfless work or good karma. IF you loose control you loose confidence. Then your ideas become useless.

The goodness of God and the evil of evils are both in you, find them out. Know yourself first and you will find both. Good luck

interesting. if we start declaring our own divinity without cause, i think this could be self destructive. if we could declare ourselves god, then who or what would we anwer to among men. if we declare ourselves god, then divinity would be common, you would no longer be a man among men, you would be a god among gods, and inevitably you still would not have any power other than free will, and you are still mortal.
