well im not sure which is better but i wash my hair in the morning when i dont have school and when i have school i wash my hair after school.

Well, depends, In my case I had a case of oily scalp , and I usually wash it in the morning, cause if i washed it at night, it'll look kinda limp the next day.
So, I wash my hair in most mornings.

For me, if I washed it in the morning, my hair would look horrible, because my hair goes all frizzy after washing it.

At night. This way i don't have to spend time doing this in the morning. My hair is really long ant takes too long to dry and comb. Have no time for that in the morning.

morning, my hair is very long and takes forever to dry. If I washed it at night it wouldn't dry because I have to pull it up before I go to sleep or it wraps around my neck and I choke. (not a nice thing, really screws with your dreams)
