that's a hard one, bro. I had the same problem years ago and nothing worked. I got hurt bad in the end and I hope the same does not happen to you too. Maybe you can do something, but I believe in my case, the sad truth is that you can't. If she is in love with someone else, you can only tell her how you feel and be yourself. If she loves you for who you are, then great. If not, you have to find some way to move on and find someone else. I tried with this girl for years and never gave up, but I was not successful. I cannot tell you what to do, just hope you take the advice and not get hurt too badly. Good luck to you. I know it's hard and you've heard the same stuff like "plenty of fish in the sea" and all that and you don't need anyone else lecturing you about being friends and all that cause I felt the same way. I do hope you have better luck.

There is only ONE thing that you can do, Just let her know that you like her and that you want to hang out, ask her for her #, The worst thing she can say is no,
However, Don;t play them girl games, I've played them, You always end up losing, cause if they don't like you, The only thing they will ever like about you is that you like them, and will waste your time and money doing so.
DOn't put a ton of effort into this one
