I think you left out the word "dream." I believe that in many ways Dr Kings dream HAS been accomplished. Even though there is still much seperation I see signs of greater understanding all the time. I am not just an optimist I really see black and white getting along better in all aspects of society. It will never be totally healed until economic differences have been healed but I honestly believe a good start has been made.

in many ways yes. In some places work needs to be done but their will always be bigots.

in other places it has went too far. MLK wanted equality for all. This has been over exaggerated to affirmative action which is reverese racism.

everone should have equal oportunitys regardless of race, religion, or creed.
