The U.S.A! would not survive without Mexicans. The reason for that is we do all the jobs that other people don't want to do, such as cleaning buildings where you live, work and enjoy yourself. As for the statement " as if we had any problems taking care of ourselves before they got here " WE WERE HERE FIRST!!!! The white people ( I say white because white people don't even know there own heritage, or where they come from, or whats in there blood )
That's sad,to not know where you come from. To be honest, when I was younger, I didn't really embrace my culture, the reason for this was because I was so brainwashed. Now, being 23 years old, I'm so happy that I can speak two languages perfectly, and that I can go to another country and feel right at home, just like here in the U.S.A. I feel bad mentioning WHITE people in here, but to be honest, They're the leaders in racism, and unfortunately they're the leaders of the United States. That's sad...Isn't this supposed to be the land of opportunity and the land of many different colors."This land is my land, this land is your land, from sea to shining sea " And oh yea, if we were to leave, it would be so funny to see all of you doing the jobs Mexicans were doing just fine!

You are wrong about the job situation. If Mexicans did not come here to do those jobs they would still get done. You have been brainwashed by the media. Who did those jobs before the Mexicans started coming here by the droves?
I would be one of the people in line for that sort of work. It is the kind of work I like to do. The Mexican illegals do it too cheaply, that cheapens the job, and then the owners refuse to pay a decent wage.
There have been housekeepers and gardeners in the United States for as long as there has been a country. lf they did not do the job correctly, then they would be fired and someone else hired. There are a lot of poor and desperate people in the States, who are here legally, that is all we want. LEGAL immigration. If you keep the word LEGAL in the problem, then we have no argument sir.

I dont know if Id go so far as to say that, but I will say that they do some of the most undesirable jobs around. And while many American will disagree and say that its not true, that there are plenty of Americans who will do these jobs, that's a lie. I know for a fact that I would not go out in 110 degree weather to pick strawberries or clean toilets. Call it what you will, spoiled, picky. I dont care, I would not do it and I dont know anybody else who would, even those teenagers everyone claims could be doing these jobs. Most teenagers nowadays wont even make their own beds, much less scrub a toilet. Let's be a little real here folks.

We all Need each other Regardless of ethnicity !
What we don't need are those here illegally.
However It seems obvious to me that our immigration system
does not address the Employment Question You pose and unfortunately is not expedient enough for those willing to break our laws and deplete our social resources. Some will argue that they pay taxes.. Well how did they get a social security card and not be a citizen? The person who hit my car was an uninsured Mexican! What is wrong with the Mexican government that has created the impoverishment of its people in the first place? They are after all an oil rich country!
I think America will survive if my lawn does not get mowed and I have to do it myself!

There were people who did those jobs before mexicans, and it there were no mexicans, someone else would do those jobs. Its absolutely foolish to believe that no one would take those jobs. Landscaping and gardening can be a profitable business for anyone. As far as some of the other jobs, young adults would probably be able to get jobs instead of being out on the streets.

Yes, mexicans hold the country together. If their was an amnesty (?) they could pay taxes. Why do you think there is so many americans are unemployement? Because they are too lazy to do the work of the mexicans. Illegal mexicans cannot collect unemployment. So the lazy american is sitting home collecting unemployment and collecting from the government.

well lets see, if no mexicans lived in the US, then the Americans would have to do the jobs , and the jobs would get done, so theres no excuse there. hmmmm lets see what do the mexicans give us that we should be so thankful for?? 1. they are rude to us...2. They act like this is their country and we are the visitors....3. they open stores and sell mostly mexican food, and if we americans dare to go into their stores , we get stared at like we are stealing something....4. they stop their cars in the middle of a highway just to yell to another mexican , almost causing wrecks..... 5.they walk slow to cross streets, making motorists stop in the middle of busy streets to let them pass....6. they refuse to learn our language, but still want to live here...7. my hometown had no murders ever , now we have had 6 so far, all mexican shooters..........8. they sit on sidewallks in chairs , making ppl walk around them, they hang out of windows yelling to each other, like its a ny slum area.... 9. they throw their garbage everywhere, on the streets , in yards, etc.. they have no reguard for keeping our world clean.....10. for them being such hard workers, there are millions of them on welfare, and state run organizations, making the waiting list for ppl that really need such stuff years from now.... 11. you see them in stores paying with food stamps and then driving away in new cars, how is that possible?? The list of why we should be thankful could go on and on, So in answer to the question, YOUR DAMN RIGHT WE WOULD SURVIVE, WE WERE HERE FIRST, REMEMBER?? WE ARE THE ONES THAT BUILT THIS COUNTRY INTO WHAT IT IS, THEY CAME TO US, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. IF THEY ARE SUCH INVALUBLE PPL, WHY IS THEIR COUNTRY NOT AS GREAT AS THE US????

Really? So, in the 30 years this has all been going on, why has no one 'fixed up' Mexico? Why is America expected to 'do the job that Mexico won't do for itself'? I've met plenty of 'hard working americans' who jump right into jobs that MOST people, from anywhere, refuse to do. This piece of wallered-out rhetoric is overdue for the scrap heap.

Sure, America can survive without Mexicans if they're willing to give up their golf game and go out picking strawberries. Or quit work so they can sty home and clean the house. Or pick up garbage. Or tend someone else's kids. There is a great furor about illegal immigrants (namely Mexicans, no other group of illegal immigrants seems to be targeted in the same way) but no one really knows how many there are. In many cases, groups of Mexicans have come into the country on special arrangements, specifically to harvest fruit, for example, and at the end of the prescribed work period, they are happy to take their money and return home. So these are not illegals but permitted temporary workers. It happens in many countries. In Canada, for example, Belgian workers are imported to handle bridge construction because there is a shortage of skilled workers in that trade. In other areas, construction workers come in on temporary work visas because of a shortage of skilled labor. It's not an unusual situation.

That is pure fallacy. "Jobs Americans won't do" is a bogus buzz phrase spouted by liberal G.W.Bush. I have delivered newspaper, cleaned toilets, landscaped, made boxes in a dingy factory, etc. I have worked there, and moved on.
Furthermore, what makes your question bogus is that it assumes people to have some sort of problem with Mexicans in general. That is bullplop. It's about the law, and those who sneak in, their first act on our soil is breaking that law. Immediately showing they don't respect us. What respect does the crimalien deserve from those of us who respect the law? None, that's what. I always make sure anyone I do business with does not hire crimaliens. If our liberal president won't build a wall on our border to keep crimaliens out, we the people must choke them out by not hiring them, and holding those who do accountable for their greed.
