Laziness becomes a lifestyle and it is hard to break. It's almost like an illness. When a person is inactive and unmotivated for so long, they perceive that as the way life is and will be. It breaks down their energy so they feel ill or out of breath if they get up to do something. To try and get them up and going is a real challenge. About all you can do is find ways where it makes them have to get up and start moving.

Ok, you mix the following ingredients....

6 red bulls

half a packet of red frogs

then two glasses of raspberry cordial.

You'll have enough sugar and guarna in your system to keep you going a hundred miles an hour for a few hours at least

I know this sounds stupid, but JUST DO IT. I used to put things off by telling myself I would get to it tomorrow. But when tomorrow came, I'd find a new excuse. So you just have to make yourself take action. It takes a lot of effort at first, but you'll get used to it, and feel much better once you start.

Anybody can be lazy, it is just a matter of personal preference. I would much rather be active and enjoy life. Sit around too much and you will lose interest in life and doing fun things. It will become too much work to shower and get dressed. Pull your self together and get with it.

Nothing ought to be eradicated-just look at it and ask it what it wants of you. Oh, and be careful, many misinterpret "laziness" for many other things.

Give them a bed to sleep in, clothes to wear, and food to eat. And NOTHING ELSE until they earn it. Everything is related to doing something.....you wanna watch your favorite show.....do the dishes first. If you are strong.....it WILL work.....be patient and be prepared to do battle for a couple of weeks. Dont give in EVEN ONCE and you will win the war!! Good luck!!

Use strong will to fight it and get up and work. It is all the more necessary for lazy people to make a schedule and try to stick to it.
