Hmm, supposedly the universe is built on love and its what makes the world go round..so no, my final answer is no..much much more than a chemical high.

Some people experience only ideas of life, not life itself.
Understanding chemicals doesn't equate to knowing love.
I should add that most of the time people misdiagnose love.

The chemical high is called lust, not love. Love comes later after the intoxicating effect of lust wears off and you learn that you can trust and depend upon one another.

in most cases yes. i many times thought i was in love, but those feelings were not true and faded quickly, just like a chemical him for 11 years or even talked to him, but i still think of him everyday. i dream of him, i still know his old addresses and numbers like my own. i long for him eternally. that was true love. or maybe it was just extra chemicals?
