We just got our 6 month old chihuahua spaded, and shes leaking. She has never had this problem before. She is very good at waiting to use the bathroom. She urinated 4 times today, and has let out "drops" every where she walks. Has this ever happened to anyone? Do you think it's an infection? Do you think it's related to the Spade?

First, did she also get her shots or any other medicine at the same time? A lot of vaccines or medications will cause excessive urinating or bladder control issues.

Next, how long ago was the procedure? If it was just a day or 2 and she is showing no other signs or symptoms I would watch her closely but, not worry too much. If it has been 3 or 4 days and it's still happening then I would get her looked at. Also, check for other signs of infection. Excessive swelling or tenderness, redness around the incision, extreme lethargy (mild lethargy is normal after any surgery) and extreme lack of interest in food (again, mild is normal).

Just so you know, a spade is a type of shovel...
It's quite possible that this incontinence is a result of the spay. After all, that whole area of her body has had a lot of trauma.
If it is an infection, you should already be giving her antibiotics to prevent infection from the surgery, so she's already getting treatment.
You should call your vet to see what he/she says. They may want to do a urinalysis to make certain there is no urinary tract infection.

I've heard of newly spayed bitches having a bit of incontinence. It is directly related to the spay. If it continues more than a week I would be getting worried. It shouldn't normally last longer than three days if I remember right.

This is not uncommon in bitches that are either very small or spayed very young.

You should contact your Vet because it could be a urinary tract infection or something else.

But, spay incontinence does happen.

sometimes dogs urinate in order to leave their smell in a particular place.I had the same problem with my labrador when he was 4 months old.this cycle continued for about 3 weeks & then everything became normal.
