I live out of USA and my driving licence expired last month and how can i renew it on line?

I am not sure if this can be done or not....What my DH and I did when ours Expired was called the DMV of our state and let them know that they were about to expire. We also let them know that we were/are out of Country but Military. They sent the Forms as we also had to have a Vision Test and notorized. Sent them back, and within 2-3 weeks had our DL...they are now good until 2013, so we have no problem. Also, they can use the photo on file for the DL...

As long as you are a united states citizen you can,online or by mail.
If you are not, you can`t no exception not even for military overseas.
I have the same problem and i think it stinks.
