People...Read my first question to get to grips with this.
We planned the baby and she has already discussed Child Support, Nappies, Clothing etc...over the last 2 months since our split.
Plus her ex was still in his relationship then and it was all good between us then to.
As I said...Once he became single, things between us started to slide. And no, I never abused her in anyway.

And your question is?

The first thing to do is to make really sure that the child is yours. If the child is yours then you should do the right thing and take care of it i.e. child support. Now if and when you pay child support you should also make sure you have some kind of visitation rights. (You will need a lawyer for this) One the other hand, if the child is not yours then you will not have any rights or obligations regarding the child and you should seek out some one who will not leave you crashed and burning in flames.

Did she plan on having a child or just plan on having child support. I can't believe she can leave you while she is pregnant with your child, unless it isn't really your child. Make sure you ask for a blood test because there would be doubt in my mind if that happened to me. {well if I was a guy} Females can be dogs too. and it sickens me. I was in shock when I saw the first billboard that said "Who's my Daddy" for DNA testing.. I'm sorry if a woman sleeps around with more than one man without protection, they shouldn't receive child support.

So what exactly is your question or are you just venting? How do you know the baby is really even yours? She might of got pregnant by her ex and went back to him to start their family.Do not put a penny towards that baby until DNA proves the baby to be yours and if I was you I would be setting up DNA testing to take place 3 weeks after her due date. The sooner you know the better.

Man, that really sucks.

So, like, what are you planning on doing about it? Are you just here asking strangers what went wrong between you two? Sorry - I can't help you there.

Drink a beer. Everything is better after a beer.

You cant make her do anything, But you can be a part of the child's life. I would take her to court and make sure you do your part any and every way you can for the sake of your child.

she is going to make the mistake of taking him back, he left her once he will do it again. You were a rebound for her. I say, fight for your child and make her pay child support to you and you find a woman who deserves you.

don't support the child. unless you really want it and you like it and stuff......

just like bring her to court over it. she will not win in court over child support and stuff, because of what she did will not stand very well to the judge.
