It is rather ridiculous for the God to do so. God had created human in regardless of colour and race. The ignorant of the human themselves had caused the disbelief in God. We have been gifted a superb brain that can think far much better than other creatures, we have the conscience to know whats right or wrong. But it is rather obvious for those Atheists not even get the smell of the Heaven. All the good comes from the Almighty and all the bad comes from within the weakness in ourselves.

It is ruled in the laws of man that "ignorance of the law does not excuse a man to find him guilty". However in God's law it does not say that but could be implied. "Ignorance" means there is way to learn but you ignored to learn. It is different from "innocence" whereby you were not made aware of what you should know more than just exist to live. If that disability falls under the word "ignorance" maybe your chances being send to hell could be greater than when you are "innocent". However, your goodness as a good person will always be credited to you and since it is natural in you and you did it not because of a conditon of fear of any repercussion, you could even pass to sit on the right hand of the Merciful One. Talking about hell? It was invented by the Rulers in the times they wanted to control the place and the people the have conquered using Religion as their instrument of deception and that was about in the year when Inquistition was established.

Humans would think so. With their judgmental attitudes toward everyone.
I can't speak for what GOD will or will not do, as I can not understand HIM, at all.
Most likely, (I can guess, lol) you'll go to heaven because your the way GOD wanted you to be, as you'd be here for the purpose of testing others, not yourself. It's just a guess. Your actions - not just your words do count when totaled at the pearly gates. I hear.
P.S. This is a good question to think over. It's a variation of the actions/deeds or words questions already asked numerous times. Actually all questions are good. People are too judgmental (or maybe just mental, I don't know)
Peace.

Have you tried to believe? Or should I say have you tried with your heart yet instead of your mind? No matter what you will have your chance and your own personal conversation with him one day, no one here can tell you if you are going to hell. God loves you and he has a purpose for your life, that may include your life of disbelief, you may be the one he uses to bring another nonbeliever to God, how could you do that if you have never had the experience of doubt and disbelief? Everything in life good bad... it all works out for the goodness of God. God Bless you believer or not.

no one does not have the "ability" to believe in God- if you don't believe in God, then by whose standards are you a 'good' person??
no one burns in hell for not being a good person, we all are sinners and fall short of the glory of God- God looks not at the outer but at the inward man - what is your heart attitude- rebellion against God and His authority? or acceptance of the perfect sacrifice that was made on our behalf, willingly yet undeserved, that we may have fellowship with the Father?
Who do you say Jesus is? that is the question, how you act on that question is the difference between fellowship with God or eternal seperation

God did not make anyone without the ability to believe in Him.
He said whosoever will may come. He is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. If you don't accept Him regardless how good you are you will not be saved.
The only thing you can't be forgiven for is refusing to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. It's your choice to reject the gift of salvation or accept it. Everybody has the ability to make that decision.

I don't mean to go on an end run around your question, but every person is on a level playing field when it comes to belief in God. The bible says "all of creation speaks of the existence of God, that no man has excuse". And the way to God is by His son. It does not depend on what you do, it depends on who you say Jesus is...that determines your eternal destination.

Becoming a good person in his/her talks, in thoughts, in hearts and in action and in all his/her ways is what Jesus wanted us to be. To be Christlike. For "Jesus said I am the way the truth and the life no one cometh to the Father God but except thru to me".
And if you add up to your life and believing to Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour and Lord and lo all things will be possible.
It means that things doesn't just pops up, still someone is leading us to be good, for God has given us the will and the knowledge to choose what is right and what is wrong?
And God has given us all this power, the freedom to will.

If you believe God made you, you believe in God.
The choice to believe or not believe anything or everything you hear or read about God is a gift from God to you.
God believes and loves and accepts you whether you believe in God or not.
Being good is always a good idea. It's one of the reasons we're here.
We create hell, by our distance from God and each other.
God gave you a head and a heart to think about this and to question.
