I do 18 sets of bicep curls. Half is regular standing dumbbell curls, the other hammer curls. I use pretty heavy weights well their heavy for me 60 pounds. I take 3 minute breaks between the sets. This routine has been working for me I use to be able to only do 40 pounds 3 month's later I'm doing 60. I could probably do 70 pounds, but I only wait until the weight feels kind of light. Any way’s I just wanted to know if I’m doing too many sets, or too little sets, or to little reps, etc. If I am please feel free to offer advice on how I could improve this. Remember I'm going for strength not size.
