If he's not sick or in pain he could possibly be depressed or just overly tired. Maybe you could try waking him up and talking to him. Especially if he's been asleep for more than 8-9 hours.

plain lazy, stressed out, maybe u can just leave him alone till he's hungry n he will comes out for meals. if its more than a day, get an ambulance...
