His friends are all really into bars and clubs. I'm certainly outgoing, but I don't really like the club scene that much; I just go because my bf wants me there. But when we get together with his friends, he goes to talk to his friends, and I'm kind of left out, and none of his friends come talk to me. I don't want to go the coward route and ask him to hang out with me; I want to branch out. Any suggestions?

first I would let your bf know that it makes you uncomfortable that he leaves you when he's around his friends. also, i would ask him more about his friends, so then maybe you'll discover something you have in common with one of them, and can strike up a conversation with that person the next time you're hanging out with the group.
Also... try to relax... people can usually sense when you're uncomfortable... and that makes them uncomfortable and less likely to talk to you.

Tell him that you want some you and him time none of his friends around, your not a coward by asking him this, your in a relationship with him not his friends, sure he can still hang out with his friends but you need time alone with him for it to work.

Any possibility that some of your friends could join up with you at the clubs? It is important to make a little effort with his friends for him, it is also important that he goes your way sometimes and that you both have time apart to spend with friends.

Maybe talk to him about it. Maybe hanging out with his friends isn't the best thing. You should probbably hang out with him alone. when hes with his guy friends... he wants to hang out and talk to him not have a nagging girl with him... the same as if you were hanging out wiht ur girl friends,,, u would rather hang out with them and talk about boys and ur life and make up then hang out with him. but if u two make time to spend together then that time is ment to be spent with one another. and the ocassion that you go and hang out with his guy friends, ask ur bf to ask his friends to bring their g/fs and that way you can socialize with them and maybe it will one day turn out to a double date

You could bring your friends along so you don't feel so left out.
