and yes what if there are problems w/ the girl, like issues and whatnot, would a guy be alarmed?
lets get real, all people have issues one way or another...

Your hearing what outgoing and extraverted guys want. Most people that are quiet and introverted like girls that are like them but are a bit drowned out by the louder outgoing guys.

What planet are you from? In our culture men do EVERYTHING. We do all the approaching, all the seducing and all the moving forward of the relationship. How outgoing or introverted you are is completely irrelevant. The most outgoing and extroverted and even downright pushy girls still will let you die of old age before doing a single thing to get things rolling.
Now, I'm not saying that you can't be tremendously successful by breaking out of this pattern because you can. If you can walk up to a guy you are interested in and say I like you and want to get to know you and then later on say I want you to be my boyfriend, you will be able to get almost any man you want, pretty much instantly with zero competition. The thing is it is INCREDIBLY rare for a woman to do this. If you think other girls are doing this all the time, think again. Of course, this is exactly the reason why you SHOULD do it.

Then ! have to wait for the correct guy to melt her heart and get whatever the guy want. Is a true fact, should a girl not outgoing and introverted type.

I love introverted girls. It all depends on whether the girl is cool and interested in the same things as me. But I like shy, quiet girls. :-)

I think that a woman that is confident is much less needy than say one who does not believe that she has abilities to handle life issues.Some men want a woman that needs them , it gives them more confidence. so this is a hard call

introverted usually means there are problems, not always but most of the time.
