Word and your imagination is all you need.

Open a Word document.
File
Page Setup
Paper Size
choose landscape

click the Margins tab
Set them for as wide as your printer will allow.

Good idea to save it right now and give the file a name -- click File, Save as

Back to the document:

click Format
cl Columns
cl on three
You can click for a line between columns, or not

You can type away and let the program take you from column to column, or you can end a column where you want by:
click Insert
cl Break
cl Column

When you are finished, print, and fold into thirds.

There is so much more you can do. You should get some books on Word. Try www.amazon.com and look for the used books. I get a lot of books here and save a bundle. All received so far have been in new condition.

first, you can set the paper layout from file -- page setup
then set the paper to landscape (then the margin, etc)
next, you may set the column where you work into e.g. 3 columns from format -- columns
