I have to do some Spanish homework and what does "lo que hago bien" mean?

That depends on its position in the sentence.

(1) At the start of a sentence: "What I do well ...."
e.g. Lo que hago bien es cocinar / What I do well is cook.

(2) Otherwise: "...which I do well"
e.g. Me conocen por nadar, lo que hago bien / They know me for my swimming, which I do well.

Strictly speaking, the second example is bad grammar, "lo cual" being correct (rather than "lo que"), but it is commonly said.
