My Teen book is about an Evil Scorcerer that does the usual Evil take over the world things, and Five people are chosen by the council of Elders and given Psychic powers to become athe Hero witches to Defeat the Scorcerer.
My question is i have Psychic powers for four of the witches but not the fifth, can you help me with this please!

Don't all of these do about the same thing? That is move something with the power of the mind?
As to the Angel and Spirit, this would be the most powerful being of all that you have mentioned. Maybe the power of regeneration.
What you have here are the basic elements of Alchemy. If you add them all together the basic 4 elements plus the 5th, you have the greatest power in the Universe. This is the only power that can defeat the Evil one. The 5th element is Love. (I guess for your purposes you could call it Transubstantiation. the power to transform an object into its highest form).
PS. I like the astro-projection answer above best. Better than mine. Don't do necromancy, that is a very dark art.

I go with some sort of a Healing, re-enforcing power.
For example: Let's there's a meteor falling from the sky towards a major city. Now Crystal would normally be able to catch a falling helicopter, but not a meteor. So, Angel empowers Crystal making is possible to slow the meteor.
Healing, well that speaks for it self. And/or Angel could act as a Conduit that would allow the other to combine their power into something even greater.

Well, the color correspondence for Spirit is white: Purity, truth, sincerity,
so I'd suggest limited telepathy - the ability to detect truth vs. falsehood
Also, the symbolism of the pentagram says th Spirit *informs* the other 4 elements, so mind-reading would be a natural.
