NEA Credit information. Please help!?

Hey guys, I took classes and had to join Nea (national education acceptance).

Well, anyways, I guess they got like 1 or 2 payments late, and just because of that, they messed up the credit on my friend, as she is the one who's name tha ccount is under..
I just found that out, but I would like to get some opinions on what I can do to get her credit back to good.
