Whenever you are ready, trully in love, and mature enough. My hubby and I knew each other since we were little kids. We got married when I was 22 and he was 20. We've always been very mature for our age and we knew what we wanted. We've both graduated from college, we have our own home, have a wonderful dog, and we have been married 4.5 years. We're now trying for our first child. We were in love and we didn't want to spend another day apart. We also waited until marriage to have sex, btw. :)

Well these days I think the "right" of anything is out the window. I am 31 and not married, no kids because I'm not ready yet. I am going back to school, working, and I live with my boyfriend but I think everyone has a different time frame. Getting married young has it's advantages I guess, but I think you need to find yourself first, be comfortable with you and be situated in your life before you can start a new one with a husband and children. If you are ready, good luck!

The right age to get married, is whenever you think that it's right for you, once you are an adult. The right time to start a family is best decided between you & your fiance, BEFORE you two get married.

Hi Toni,
I got married the first time when I was 19 years old, I also had my first child when I was 19. I do not recommend it. The best age I think is around 25-27. That way you know your self and you have given your self time to grow up. Don`t rush, take your time.

Marry whenever you find your love. Money doesn't matter but, experience does. I'd say mid 20s is good enough for a marriage to start. As for children, well, I don't know because while I'm going to be married soon, there is no way that my uterus will ever be a housing unit. Children suck!

27 is a good age to start thinking about marriage. Start a family when you can afford the time, money and energy kids require.
