I have a serious thing for long hair - a guy i think is attractive becomes twice as attractive to me with long hair even a guy who is unattractive wins points for long hair.I really love it and am more attracted to long haired guys.
my friend told me it means that im closet lesbian and dont realise it.
but to me it suggests that they are rebelious,maybe hippyish and interesting.

Depends on the man actually. Some guys look great with long hair, ie Brett Michaels, some don't. Some guys can carry off a tattoo or earring, some can't. It depends on the girl too, I personally do not like long hair, but my girlfriend does. Do it for yourself, not for a girl.

To be honest as a girl I am MORE attracted to guys with long hair, then those not sporting lengthy locks. However, not all girls feel the same way. Everyone has personal preferences, and no matter which way you wear it, there will always be people who love your hair and people who hate it. Just wear it in a way that is the most comfortable for you.

Long hair on guys is really not "in" right now. A guy with long hair used to catch my eye quicker but now I think a guy is hotter with short hair or a shaved head and a goat tee.

Most girls do not like long hair on guys, it shows your lazy and don't take care of yourself.

long hair (not too long tho) looks okay on some men. Me personaly I'm all about the short hair.

i know i dont! but i guess it works with some guys. my brother had long hair BAD! my boyfriend had long hair BAD! maybe i dont like cuz it wierds me out for guys to resemble my big bro

In my religion, it's considered a symbol of life, but I don't know about other religions. So personally I think it just shows who you are. And if you feel you look good then use it. Otherwise, leave it be...
