Blue always looks fantastic with balck hair in my opinion, you can see over 400 photos of neon hair (many with black) in this gallery..

blue goes really good with black, my hair is black and underneath is blue it looks really good get as bright of a blue as possible

depends what you are wanting to do with your hair. i like hair glue. try the entire "bed head" (i think thats the name) line. good stuff
