I think that the term terrorist is being widely applied, and now is another excuse for the powers that be to flaunt our Constitutional rights.
I think that the US should respect and abide by the UN Declaration of Human Rights, and not torture, nor deprive anyone of their due process. As to the Guantanamo and other prisoners, we are at war, and it takes a while to process that many prisoners. But justice should be meted out according to our own values and ethics.

What is torture? Some would say that your posting is torture or at least a tortured mind.

So what if he was? This is a friggin war, about time to fight to win and to hell with PC. When you are afraid to go to the mall or send your kids to school because of terrorist acts you will wish the CIA, NSA were on your block protecting your ***.

You know what freedom is not free and if you are even suspected or have done anything against this great nation such as terroristic threat you should be investigated and possibly tortured by the gov't. You should be ashamed of yourself if you conspire against this great nation and if you do you should feel the utter most of wrath.

I assume you are in military intelligence or on the Chief of Staff,
they are the only people who would have any "proof".
I do not believe any weapons are used by our government against our citizens. I do believe you could use help, call your mental health dept. please.

an accusation that you don't back up.. where is your proof? no i do not think he was tortured. tortured as compared to what? chopping off heads, hands or cutting out tongues? and even if they waterboarded that is not really torture.. i can think of things far worse..
