Did she need a c-sectiom to have the pups? Was she bred to a bigger male? How old was she when she had her first litter? You could wait a year and try again, and if she has problems again, have her spayed.

You don't describe the "problems" with her first litter, but if they were enough to make you wonder, then you probably should not breed her again. Ask yourself if you are ready to hand raise a litter if she dies and they live? Do you have the time, knowledge and ability to feed them every two hours for the first week or two? Can you take off from work to do that?
The other thing to consider is whether her problems last time are genetic - if the problem she has is passed on to her puppies. And if so, are you really wanting to produce puppies that have these problems? For example, if her hips are narrow, she's likely to pass on those narrow hips to the puppies, so they'll have the same problems too.
So really think hard about your decision. Thanks for thinking about the welfare of your girl. :)

I wouldn't suggest breeding her again, especailly since she has had problems whelping in the past. Breeding her again could give more problems for her and maybe her pups. The best thing is to steer away from breeding her anymore.

Not only wouldn't I recommend you breed her again I would suggest you get her spade. You don't need to risk her getting accidentally pregnant. Spaying her will also protect her from all kinds of cancers and other female problems common to unspade females.

Are you willing to risk the life of the *****? I wouldn't be. Nor would I rebreed a ***** that is not a easy whelper, she will likely have puppies that will also have whelping problems.

OF COURSE NOT. Get that poor dog spayed asap and leave breeding the the people who actually know what they are doing. Don't be another back yard breeder.

Obviously not. You shouldn't have bred her in the first place.

Sure...go ahead & KILL her.....you obviously don't CARE!! there ARE easier ways to KILL a dog,you know.
OR place her somebody who'll give a shi-t & WILL SPAY!!!
And the world will be spared more CRAP-pups!!!
